| Performance |
（1）Co-planing
of “National
strategic fundamental research plan”, and Ministry of S&T of China
had initiated the “National Key fundamental research program” in 1997. （2）Finished
the research report: “Welcome the Era of knowledge economy, and
build up the national
innovation system” in 1997. Chinese President Jiang Zemin highly
appraised it and said: “knowledge economy and innovation spirit is key
issue for the development of China in the 21st century.”
Knowledge economy and innovation became hot issue in China in 1998. （3）Formulated
the “ Knowledge Innovation Program” of CAS in 1998. （4）Provided
the advice to many firms on the strategy, project evaluation and
invests. （5）More
than 10 years experiences on S&T project management and assessment in
CAS. （6） More than 100 times lectures on knowledge economy, national innovation system and Second Modernization in Beijing University, Tsinghua University, CAS, Development Bank of China, Beijing , Tianjing and other cities since 1998. |
